Design

Hello everyone, this week i am going to talk about design phase of a project. Design phase is very important because it introduces you with a general idea of the project. This phase is also a challenging one, we should not rush in here and should be very careful.
1.The first step is outlining the content which is very important that determines what is going to include your presentation, the most important points, they should be clear and memorable. We should focus more on our slides and what do they need to convey to the audience.
2. Creating flowcharts: they are a productive way to show steps in a project, and I think for that important reason they should be practical and easy to remember. Making a flowchart with a picture is an interesting element in a presentation and also useful because it remains longer in memory.
3. Specifying screen design: that is also very crucial because we all want to find something attractive and which fit our presentation. The focus in that case is to make students interaction as effective as possible. For that we should take in consideration the students needs and understanding skills.
4. Create storyboards: a good storyboard should be all-inclusive in order to involve all students in it. Also storyboard should include the key points and emphasise them. Using storyboards helps us to convey quickly our ideas and increase students attention.
5. Design guidelines: we should try to create short sentences, specify information and how it is going to be organised. Design is all about simplicity. If we chunk the information and make it logical and correctly organised users can predict it and to find where to go and what they want.
Design phase is really important,we should include short and simple text, especially when we use PowerPoint presentation and most important we should bare in mind students needs.
Thank you for reading feel free to join any comment,  wish you a great week😊.
